A paid invoice should never be modified if you already sent it to your customer. However, you can mark your invoice as un paid using the 'unpaid' button available at the button of your invoice.

Only paid invoices are taken into account for yearly revenue statistics. You must mark your invoice as paid after you receive payment form your customers. Once your invoices are mark as paid, they will show up in the yearly revenue statistics on the 'Statement of Account' page.
